To be approved for student membership, this document MUST include:
Your full name
Verification that you are enrolled in your program full-time; part-time students are not eligible. Please note: Stating that a student is in good standing does not verify full time status.
Name of your nursing degree program
Your intended graduation date
APNA staff will confirm your documents and activate your membership.
American Psychiatric Nurses Association memberships and membership renewals are final and are not refundable. The minimum membership requirement is 1 year. Failure to pay membership dues will result in removal of membership, including access to membership benefits and services. If cancellation occurs before the minimum membership term requirement, the full balance of membership will come due.
Contributions to the American Psychiatric Nurses Association are deductible for income tax purposes. APNA is incorporated and received its exemption from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. No goods or services were provided in consideration of this contribution.
